Sora Discovery & Wishlist—Now Available!

Request for Sora and Check Out in Sora Now Available

We're delighted to announce that your students and staff now have a new way to discover and access titles in your Sora collections: directly through TeachingBooks!

The ways this works: When students or staff are signed into TeachingBooks, they click on the Sora image near a book cover to open the Book Readings section. This reveals the digital editions of this title that has made available on Sora. Following the link then provides the option to borrow the book or place a hold.

To learn more, visit TeachingBooks.net/SoraDiscovery.

Another exciting feature is the Sora Wishlist. Once activated, your students and teachers are empowered to request an ebook or audiobook that is not currently owned in your Sora collection. Coordinators will receive a monthly report that lists the newly requested titles, along with easy directions to generate a quote for these books in OverDrive Marketplace.

Sora coordinators can request to activate this feature in the Sora Discovery Wishlist Activation Form.
