Dayle Campbell Gaetz: Hello, my name is Dayle Gaetz. The spelling might be a bit unusual. I believe it's from the Dutch, but my last name is pronounced the same as Gates, as in Bill Gates. But I often get called Getz and, once in a while, Gatez.
On my book covers, my name is Dayle Campbell Gaetz. Campbell is the name I grew up with, so it will always be a part of me. That's why I like to see it in print. The only problem with that is sometimes people think I'm a man. Once I was invited to join an exclusive men's only club; they asked for a biography so I sent one in just to see what would happen. I never heard from them again.
