When a young boy carries his toy dinosaur into the bathtub, the toy acts as a springboard for increasingly detailed imaginary play. Before the bath is over, the child is sitting in a shallow pond in the Age of Reptiles, surrounded by thirteen dinosaurs on a wordless fold-out page.
